The fire crackles in the fireplace, accompanied by a fine aperitif and laid-back music. We’ll take the time to catch up and kick off our special week together.

Today, the first order of business is:
Arrive. Settle in. Plan the week together.
And if you’re in the mood for some exercise and mountain air, head to Bad Kleinkirchheim—and explore the Nockberge Mountains.

Meet no later than 9:30 a.m.
Don’t forget sturdy shoes.
Included with the Kärnten Card; participants must arrange their own transportation.
In the evening, it’s time to relax again:

Afterward, we’ll serve classic steak dishes and open our special large-format bottles.

The evening will be intimate and entertaining.
We’ll welcome the mayor and “mayoral candidate” Hellmuth Koch for a special evening in the fireplace lounge, where we’ll screen a new “old” film about Lake Millstatt—memories, stories, and images from a truly special region.

Today we’ll discover a Carinthian treasure.
2:00 p.m. · Visit to the GRANATIUM RADENTHEIN
The museum, garnet mine, guided tour, and panning area make this afternoon an extraordinary journey into the world of the red gemstone. Those who don’t feel comfortable going underground are welcome to participate without the mine tour.
A discount is available with the Kärnten Card.
7:00 p.m. · APERITIF BY THE FIREPLACE
Tonight, it’s all about red garnets.
Garnet gin as an aperitif.
Garnet chocolates to finish.
And here’s our little dress code tip: Anyone wearing RED tonight—even if it’s just a red accessory—will be perfectly dressed.

We’ve done this before, though.
But since Venice is always worth a visit, we’re heading there again this time:
Off to Bella Venezia! The City of Love. The City of the Venetians. A city like no other.
It’s not far from where we are—just a stone’s throw away, really.
8:00 a.m. · DEPARTURE FROM TANGERN by tour bus
A stroll through Venice to St. Mark’s Square.
Followed by lunch at the famous “Madonna” restaurant near the Rialto Bridge.
Then a guided tour of the Doge’s Palace.
Espresso. Dolce Vita. Venice.
3:30 p.m. · RETURN TRIP
Expected arrival in Tangern around 6:30 p.m.
Afterward, we’ll wrap up this special day with an Italian evening at a restaurant.
