Your tasks:
* Welcoming and saying goodbye to guests (check-in and check-out)
* Operating the telephone system - processing and forwarding inquiries
* Information center - provide guests with comprehensive information (directions, restaurant recommendations, hotel services, etc.)
* Guest service - processing inquiries, fulfilling requests
* Booking services on guest accounts and cash management
* Accepting and processing reservations
* Accompanying guests to their room and explaining
What you bring with you:
