DAS MOERISCH****s - the gourmet retreat in the countryside, located directly on the 18-hole golf course, offers its guests toque-awarded culinary delights from the ALPEN-ADRIA kitchen, an 18-meter-long indoor, outdoor & whirlpool, as well as an in-house spa area.

Responsibilities / main tasks

Your tasks:

* Proper handling and storage of incoming and outgoing foodstuffs
* Organization of the workplace and preparation of mise en place
* Careful and responsible handling of food and raw materials
* Co-responsible for the weekly preparation of the menu plan for the employees and its operational implementation
* Avoidance of overproduction
* Effective use of energy
*Ensuring our high quality standards and an optimal production process
* Adherence to HACCP guidelines in the kitchen

Qualifications / Requirements

What you bring with you:

* Experience in a similar position in the hotel or catering industry
* Compliance with hygiene standards
* Initial management experience
* Able to work in a team and under pressure
* Ability to work independently and flexibly and the job description
* High level of awareness when handling fresh food
